About Trewick
Trewick helps organisations understand how AI changes the way work is structured, and what to do about it.
Most approaches to AI adoption start with tools and work backwards to use cases. We start with the structure of your work—the tasks, dependencies and coordination costs that determine how jobs are designed—and work forwards to identify where AI creates genuine value.
Our methodology combines the latest academic research on task-based production with proprietary data on your specific organisation. We use structured AI-assisted interviews to map how work actually gets done, and graph-theoretic analysis to identify the highest-value opportunities for AI adoption.
Trewick is part of a family of consultancies that includes Treehouse Consultancy, which specialises in labour market analysis, spatial economics and place-based industrial strategy. Trewick draws on the same analytical foundations, applied to the organisational level.
